The MENA region meet and greet aims to bring different practitioners, academics and institutions working on cities in the Middle East together to have discussions about the current situation of placemaking and public space in the region, and for city makers of different countries in the Middle East to meet and develop a network, bridging the existing gap between activists, institutions and academics.
Those interactions will be developed through the discussions and introduction of three main themes; The placemaking network, the city at eye level project and the discussion over the upcoming urban events taking place in the Middle-east.
